with chef brandon barrios writing the script in the kitchen, he sets the standard for fresh house-made pasta, roman pan pizza, oysters, salads, sandwiches - all using a rotation of seasonal ingredients, sourced as locally as possible.  we believe in prestigious food without high admission. if lavish & opulent are more your style, we’ve got your ticket too.

the playbook for our bar is no different.  we keep our potables as local as possible, with wells from washington & oregon, giving the understudies a chance to become your new muses. barrel aged & draft cocktails headline, with support from wines & ciders on draft & a large selection of local draft beers.
